Just over 1,400 square feet, 3-floor spread with a backyard that leads to the Sandy River.

Seats 5-6, hot tub towels and hot tub shock are provided.

Has a stovetop, oven, stacked washer/dryer and refrigerator/freezer. Lots of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, bowls, selection of herbs & spices. Also drip coffee maker, espresso maker, microwave, blender, toaster.

King bed, blankets, sheets and pillows are provided.
Bedroom #2
Enjoy the gas fireplace with queen bed. Blankets, sheets and pillows are provided.

Second floor open area sofa that converts to a queen size bed.

Full bathroom with jacuzzi tub/shower and fully stocked with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.
